In the simplest term, we negotiate with farmers to sell their gourmet coffee to you. Some of these farmers only sell local, or have no website or even only sell to larger retail establishment. This is your opportunity to get top coffee without the middleman.

Many of our coffees are limited supply and many come from Hawaii. This means high labor costs, high land and processing costs, and a limited supply. The great thing is, you are getting some of the best coffee in the world. Many perform quite well at cupping competitions and sometimes can be had at your local restaurants.

You don’t. That is the risk if you decide to wait. If you don’t want it, don’t buy it, but if you do, hurry up and order since they sell out fast!

Sorry we don’t barter. We tried that and ran out of room for the 3 ducks and a pig, and the three dozen chicken eggs rotted before they got to us. But no worries! Our friends at Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal will let you pay for one of these using your credit or debit card.

Options? Did we give you a shipping option? Sorry, we have one shipping option, which is, we send it to you on the shipping option of our choice. Usually we just use the US Postal Service or Fed Ex but we reserve the right to use pony express or bike messengers if we want. That being said, we only charge 11 dollars for shipping no matter how many you order (up to 5 lbs).

Jeez, we ship to Hawaii and Alaska isn’t that enough? Most Deal of the Day sites won’t even do that but we are an equal state seller. Right now we aren’t shipping outside the US. Heck the shipping alone would cost more than what you paid for the product itself.

From zero to 5 pounds but sometimes less. It all depends what type of mood we are in but don’t expect to be able to order more than 5 pounds per order a day.

She who hesitates is lost. Other words, sorry, we don’t take back orders and you will just have to be quicker next time. I suggest ordering right now instead of reading the FAQ.

Really? There isn’t. If you want cheap coffee you can return you can buy the old dried up stuff in the can at the super market, but for top shelf coffees you can’t expect a return. If the package arrives damaged please reject the shipment. If you open the box and you find it damaged, please contact us within 3 days to see what we can do. If your machine is broken, we will have a product replaced where possible.

We negotiate with local farmers and specialty roasters to provide you with wonderful top grade coffee.

We normally ship out in 3 – 7 business days. So don’t count Saturday, Sunday or holidays, but we want to get it out of here as soon as possible. Many times we do not have the coffee roasted until after you have ordered which means it could take longer. The benefit, you get fresh roasted coffee.

We will give you a tracking number that you can use on the shipping companies website to track the order.

In order to keep costs down we do everything through the website. If you are willing to be charged a $100 dollar service charge, we might just be willing to take a call, but we will see…

Ya sometimes we do marathons where we sell multiple products throughout the day. We do this for fun every once in a while. The coffee stays up till sold out, or 4 hours then the next one goes up for sale. Fun isn’t it?

Hmm.. Did you go crazy at the local coffee shop? I suggest talking with your bank to figure out why they declined it. It wasn’t us.

Hey we encourage gifts but, we still ship it to the address on file with your card or bank. We can’t ship it to a different place and if you do we will cancel the order. This is to make sure you don’t get swindled from someone else using your cards. If we do ship it to a different address, you accept all the risks.

Heat sealed bags with a one way valve. This keeps the coffee fresh from the time its roast yet lets the accumulated gasses to be released from the bags.

Don’t put it in the freezer. Until you open it, keep it in a cool dark place. Once you open it, an airtight dark container will keep your beans fresh for a long time.

You need to find a grinder to grind them down. We have our favorite grinders and coffee makers here. You can get them from amazon.com so you might even be able to get free shipping.

You get the best flavors, essential oils and anti-oxidants from a French press. Of course we also know that sometimes you just don’t have the time so we like a quality drip coffee maker for every day use.
