We strive to provide you quality products and coffees to meet our customers needs.  We are able to provide you products at significant savings from retail through our relationships with manufacturers.  One way we keep costs down, and pass those on to you, is by not accepting returns.   In fact, most deal a day sites don't provide returns. 

For roasted coffee, since it is roasted just for you, we can not accept returns for products you just don't like.  We are unable to resell food items.

If you have an issue with a product in the first 90 days of purchase, please let us know.  If the product is broke or defective, we work with the manufacturer to provide a replacement product to you.  After 90 days, you need to reach out to the manufacturer directly.

At our sole descretion, we sometimes take returns but realize there is a 20% restocking fee with a minimum $10 charge.  We also never refund the shipping.  We do this to keep our prices as low as possible.  If you don't abide by the return policy, we understand and wish you well with whomever you purchase from.
